General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Digital Video Products

1. Definitions

    a. Seller: Cine Source, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 91409667.

    b. Customer: Any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with the Seller for the purchase of digital video products.

    c. Digital Video Products: All audiovisual works, including but not limited to videos, films, documentaries, and other digital audiovisual content offered by the Seller through the webshop.

2. Applicability

    a. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the Seller and the Customer regarding the sale of digital video products through the webshop.

3. Order and Payment

    a. The Customer places an order by filling in the required details on the webshop and completing the payment.

    b. Payment shall be made in the manner indicated on the webshop. The Seller reserves the right to change the payment methods at any time.

4. Delivery of Digital Video Products

    a. Upon receipt of payment, the Customer will be granted access to the purchased digital video products via a download link or another method indicated by the Seller.

    b. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information for delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

    a. All intellectual property rights related to the digital video products, including but not limited to copyrights, remain the property of the Seller.

    b. The Customer is not allowed to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise use the digital video products for commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Seller.

6. Warranty and Refund

    a. Given the nature of digital products, the Seller does not provide a warranty on the quality or suitability of the digital video products.

    b. Refund of payments is only possible in accordance with applicable law and if the digital video products have defects that cannot be remedied within a reasonable period.

7. Liability

    a. The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant digital video products.

    b. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

    a. These general terms and conditions, as well as all agreements between the Seller and the Customer, are governed by Dutch law.

    b. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Seller is located.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
